What’s Involved In The Program?

The program includes:

  1. An initial tripartite discussion (manager, supervisor and coach) to identify key goals, challenges, and aspirations.

  2. Completion of the Why of You PRINT survey by your manager to provide deep insights into natural tendencies and motivations.

  3. First session unpacks the survey results and sets the foundation for growth.

  4. Five one-hour coaching sessions focused on addressing challenges, refining the individual’s leadership approach and achieving specific goals.

  5. Final tripartite discussion and a reflection survey that will provide concrete evidence of progress and transformation.

  6. The individual receives session summaries within 24 hours and a range of resources that expands learning horizons and is forever in their leadership toolkit.
